Here goes the top removal and installation:
1. Put the top in “service mode” which is opening the top from 12 to 18 inches. (Figure 1) Take out the key so there no chance of further motion. Remove the seat wind stop and seat head rest wind stops to give you more room to work. SERVO SAVER ASSEMBLY
Slide the two #7531 saver arms onto the #9158 tube. Orient the servo arm as shown. Slide the #9157 spring and the #9158 (9156*) adjusting nut on the tube. Tighten the nut until it is even with the top. Push the #7531 small flanged bushing into the top of the #9158 (9156*) tube. Push the #7531 large flanged bushing into the bottom of the #9158 (9156*) tube.  Read more...

MANIFOLD VACUUM CHECK
1. Before inspection, set the vehicle in the following condition. Engine coolant temperature: 80 – 95°C (176 – 203°F). Lights, and all accessories: OFF. Transaxle: Neutral (P range on vehicles with A/T)
2. Connect a tachometer.
3. Attach a tee-fitting union to the vacuum hose between the fuel pressure regulator and the intake manifold plenum, and connect a vacuum gauge.
4. Start the engine and check that idle speed is within specification. Then check the vacuum gauge reading.  Read more...

SAE J2012 (Diagnostic Trouble Codes1) defines a set of diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) where industry uniformity has been achieved.
