Ford Focus Electric 2011 Adopt EV Spotlight Technology
The Chevrolet Volt and Nissan Leaf may have stolen the show for electric vehicles in 2010, but Ford hopes to make big waves in 2011 with its first passenger EV, powered Ford Focus.

The zero-emissions Ford Focus hatchback made its official debut at the Salon of this year’s Consumer Electronics, and Ford says the car will be officially launched at the end of 2011 in North America, with European customers, a little before 2013. Visually, the Ford Focus has an electric combination of improved aerodynamics on the route to improve, a new front end that looks like something from the school of design at Aston Martin. The only other significant changes to the draft are the addition of a loading port with a ring of LEDs on the left side of the door of the driver and a new set of wheels to 15 said the 17 -inch alloy wrapped in low rolling resistance tires.
